Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time. We ship within the United States and to Canada only. There may be an additional charge to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada- please email us for shipping charges. All shipping charges are for US based destinations.
Due to the custom and personalized products we offer, as well as utilizing the services of other mom-preneurs please expect a 2 week shipping window with delivery incurring additional time. Most of the products will ship within 7-10 business days and if at any time we are informed of any delays in shipment we will notify you of the situation.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order via email with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Babies2Babes.com is required to add sales tax to any order SHIPPED only within the state of North Carolina and will automatically be added to your orders total. NC shipments will be charged 8% sales tax. If your shipment is going outside of North Carolina there is no sales tax.
Babies2Babes.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please double-check all addresses when placing your order to avoid delays and unexpected delivery charges.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Your non personalized item must be in its original unused condition and packaging to be returned. You must return the item within 7 days of your delivery receipt to receive a full refund. Returns within 14 days will be issued a credit or exchange. You are responsible for any shipping charges.
Should you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact your local postal service or UPS and advise them of any damages. Please keep your original packaging as they may request it. Once your items have shipped we no longer have control of the package and therefore have no way to determine how the package was handled.
1. Please email email@example.com to request an RA # (return authorization number) which must be included in your returned package, along with a note explaining the reason for return. Returns received without a RA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
2. Returns will be mailed to Babies 2 Babes, the address information will be included with your RA number.
3. Once the authorized return item is received by Babies 2 Babes, within 14 business days a credit to the original form of payment will be processed, less any discounts or shipping costs.
Babies 2 Babes will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return items. We suggest insuring the return and using a delivery confirmation.
**Custom orders are made expressly for you and therefore all personalized items cannot be returned nor replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error on our side. Please be sure that you are using the correct lettering when ordering any monogramming. Contact us with any questions regarding fonts prior to ordering**
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
We also do not refund the original shipping fee that you paid on the order.
Occassionally our mom-preneurs may be out of stock on their items and place the item on backorder until they replenish their supply. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock, and when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment. If the backorder is in our opinion too long we reserve the right to cancel the order and will inform you of the situation immediately.
